We learn and apply the best agricultural practices of the coffee growing countries and best national producers to improve the productivity of our farms and the quality of our coffee.
Industrial Processes
We are co-owner of the dry-mill La Providencia. This allows us to guarantee the good practices that sustain the quality of the coffee we produce.
Export
We own the Exporting Company L53 Estates. This guarantees the traceability of our coffee from farm to buyer allowing them to have a direct relationship with us.
Technology
We broke outdated management schemes for the coffee business by providing internet service on our farms, making our communications fasters and secure. We invest in conferences and trips to discover farms and continuously educate ourselves in the art of coffee tasting. We experiment with coffee drying processes and participate with our neighboring farms to create new flavors.

Traceability
We value traceability, for us, it is the art of tracing coffee grains from a single point of the farm all the way to your cup. At L53 we value the importance of traceability for our customers, allowing them to know which variety of coffee they are buying all the way to the exact day it was harvested! L53 focused on four main stages of the process to trace it all the way to its export.
OUR COMMITMENT WITH THE COMMUNITY /
Summer School, Healthy Meals and Safety Environment
We partnered with World Vision to promote education, health, and safety for kids 6 to13 years old while their parents work.
We created the Education Bridge, an educational camp during school vacations (Dec to Feb) which is the period of Coffee harvest when parents are working at full speed. Providing them with a safe and secure environment, and contributing to the eradication of child labor.
We offer educational reinforcement, breakfast and lunch, and a safe place for them to spend the day.
